About us:
Founding in 2007, S3 Corporation is a software development outsourcing-service company which is located in Ho Chi Minh City, Viet Nam. We offer a Full Range of Software Development Services for many oversea clients.
Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure solutions meet business needs.
Gather, analyze, and document requirements through collaboration with product owners, clients, and stakeholders.
Translate business requirements into clear, actionable technical specifications for developers, QA, and data teams.
Create user stories, acceptance criteria, wireframes, workflows, UML diagrams, and process models using modern tools.
Communicate effectively with development and QA teams, providing clarity on requirements and ensuring alignment throughout the lifecycle.
Conduct and support UAT, including writing test cases, coordinating testing, collecting feedback, and driving improvements.
Monitor project progress, validate requirements before release, and ensure successful delivery of features.
Lead demos, presentations, and training sessions to drive stakeholder engagement and product adoption.
Stay updated on trends in AI/ML, automation, data privacy, and digital product delivery

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Experience: 3+ years in business analysis or similar roles.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement.
Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
In-depth understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
Experience with APIs, JSON, Swagger/OpenAPI, and integration platforms.
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
Proficient in English (verbal and written).
Nice - to - have:
Experience with AI tools or AI-related projects is a plus.
