Store Development Support:
Assist with project planning and coordination from concept through to completion
Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, contractors, and external vendors to ensure smooth project execution
Provide remote project management support, monitor progress, and assist in resolving issues as they arise
2D Drafting
Prepare accurate architectural drawings, layouts, and technical documentation using CAD software
Ensure all drawings comply with briefed relevant building codes, standards, and project requirements
Coordinate with other team members and Project Management Team to incorporate feedback and update drawings as required
Architectural Services
Assist in space planning and layout optimization to maximize both functionality and aesthetics
Contribute innovative ideas and practical solutions to enhance retail and hospitality environments
Support the development and implementation of architectural packages for retail concessions and hospitality projects
Administration
Maintain accurate documentation and records related to drafting, architectural services, and Design team library
Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and project-related documentation as required
Support administrative coordination including scheduling meetings, coordinating travel arrangements, and managing correspondence
