Tổng quan
- Create Technical Packs as briefed by the teamwear designer
- Create & maintain a teamwear development swatch/trim library
- Measure and comment on samples, shipments from Vietnam and developments
- Liaising between the Rodd & Gunn Product Team in Melbourne and our factory partners.
- Managing workflow priorities based on deliveries – Follow/manage critical path.
- Meticulous checking of colour matching and logo details to ensure we're adhering to licensing guidelines
- Working closely with our factory partners to ensure production timelines are on track. In teamwear, lead-times are often shorter than standard ranges, so frequent, proactive communication with internal teams and factories is essential.
- Frequent factory visits to ensure our standards are being followed
- Working closely with the Quality Assurance Officer, teamwear
- Assist with QA as required
- Assistance with trim sourcing and developments as required
- Assistance with teamwear factory sourcing
- Other tasks as required
