Process data measuring
Monitoring production process/machine parameters, machine faults and quality issues.
Collaborate with production to track the Safety, Quality, Material, Engineering, Machine data to support for process improvement.
Actual cycle time measure and track.
Process execution
Responsible for controlling the inventory, WIP tracking, and checking expiration dates.
Implement the designs that allow production to use materials, machines, and even personnel as effectively as possible.
Support implementation of new technology for process execution and/or analysis.
Collaborate with production to maintain 5S, safety in production area, responsible for preparing equipment, layouts, workflows, and record the datas.
Observe workers in order to make sure that all equipment is being used properly and maintained to the standards.
Conduct training all applicable operating procedures, work instruction.
Process Audit
Regularly conduct process audits as plan, reportting to correct wrong practives and application (Raw Cutting - Machining - Assembly - Finishing - Fittings - Packing).
Participate of improvement project such as reduce costs, minimize wast, efficiency increasement.
Knowledgeable of process optimisation techniques, LEAN manufacturing principles, Six Sigma methodologies and statistical analysis.
At least 1 years of experience as a process technician in a manufacturing.
English: Good
