Tổng quan

Design electronic circuits/systems, and PCB layouts using OrCAD software.
Build, debug, and troubleshoot prototypes, running diagnostics to ensure reliability.
Evaluate and select electronic components, analyzing technical datasheets.
Maintain detailed records of design iterations, schematics, and test procedures.
Work with multidisciplinary teams (mechanical, software) and manufacturing for design optimization.
Ensure products meet industry standards (EMC/EMI) and safety regulations.
Help define and execute tests to validate product features
Participate in research and development discussions
Provide solutions and feedback for customer reported issues as well as new feature requests
Provide input for product documentation
Bug testing & quality control
Help debug and improve hardware used for manufacturing
Technical Support and Customer Service
Maintain competitive knowledge of Right Weigh products and their functions
Problem-solve customer technical service issues and coach staff in problem-solving techniques as needed
Establish effective relationships and collaborations with other departments (Marketing, Purchasing, Customer Success, etc.) to address key business issues and opportunities
