Tổng quan

Purpose of Position:
Support daily end-to-end e-commerce operations, including order processing, packing, delivery coordination and customer service.
Ensure customer orders are processed accurately and on time across e-commerce platforms.
Provide responsive customer support through online channels, including product consultation, order inquiries and after-sales support.
Coordinate with internal teams and logistics partners to ensure smooth order fulfillment and minimize operational issues.
Operation Network:
Coordinate with Demand/ Warehouse to ensure ensue stock availability for daily order fulfillment.
Communicate with customers daily regarding product inquiries, orders, delivery and after-sales support.
Coordinate with delivery partners / internal logistics teams for order pickup and delivery.
Work with the E-commerce team to support marketplace operations and promotional activities when required.
