  • Digital Marketing Strategy
  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing plans to achieve revenue and growth targets.
  • Identify market trends, customer insights, and competitive activities within the F&B industry.
  • Manage annual digital marketing budgets and optimize marketing ROI.
  • Social Media Management
  • Lead social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging channels.
  • Create engaging content campaigns to increase brand awareness and customer loyalty.
  • Monitor community engagement and respond to customer inquiries and feedback.
  • Website Management & Performance Marketing
  • Tracking conversion rates and making improvements to the website.
  • Plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
  • Design, build and maintain our social media presence
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
  • Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
  • Collaborate with Global and Regional Digital team on digital planning and execution
  • Content & Brand Management
  • Collaborate with creative teams to produce digital content including:
  • Photography
  • Video content
  • Influencer collaborations
  • Promotional campaigns
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all digital touchpoints.
  • Analytics & Reporting
  • Track and analyze digital marketing KPIs.
  • Generate regular reports and recommendations for continuous improvement.
