Tổng quan

Working Location: Long Thanh Dist., Dong Nai Province
Manage the QA/QC department and maintain/improve the quality assurance system.
Develop inspection plans and establish/manage quality standards.
Manage in-process inspections, pre-shipment inspections, and supplier quality audits.
Investigate quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.

Prepare and maintain quality documents, including QC process charts, work instructions, and inspection records.
Train and guide local QA/QC staff and production operators on quality standards.
Lead quality improvement activities.
Communicate with HQ and overseas customers on quality-related matters.
Education: High school diploma or above
Language: Business-level English or Japanese
Experience:
At least 5 years of QA/QC experience
Strong experience in Quality Assurance
Management experience
Experience communicating with overseas customers or overseas sites
Preferable Skill/ Experience
Automotive industry experience
Experience in a casting manufacturer
Knowledge of ISO9001 and IATF16949
