Tổng quan
- Working Location: Dai Dong Commune, Bac Ninh Province
- Procure water treatment chemicals, materials, and equipment-related components
- Source, evaluate, and develop domestic and overseas suppliers
- Prepare, collect, and evaluate RFQs (Requests for Quotation)
- Negotiate pricing, delivery schedules, and commercial terms
- Prepare purchase orders and manage procurement processes
- Monitor delivery schedules, confirm incoming goods, and handle inspection/acceptance
- Prepare payment-related documents and coordinate with internal departments
- Collaborate closely with the Engineering team and Project Managers
- Maintain and analyze procurement data
- Necessary Skill / Experience:
- At least 3 years of procurement/purchasing experience in a manufacturing company or trading company.
- At least 3 years of experience procuring chemicals or chemical products.
- Language Skill: English communication skills - Business level
- Preferable Skill/ Experience:
- Experience in the water treatment industry.
- Experience sourcing and qualifying new suppliers.
- Experience procuring equipment, machinery, or industrial materials.
- Experience negotiating with overseas suppliers.
- Experience in cost reduction or procurement improvement projects.
- Ideal Candidate:
- Proactively builds relationships with suppliers and develops new sourcing channels.
- Possesses a holistic mindset, focusing on overall project outcomes rather than just procurement activities.
- Demonstrates strong communication and coordination skills with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Capable of prioritizing tasks and working independently.
