- Responsible for the pre-sales, delivery, and after-sales technical support of project sales, as well as related products and system-level problem handling and resolution
- Write product and project plans for users, and be responsible for the preparation of technical parts and answering questions
- Prepare for project delivery, plan review and test verification, follow up and monitor project coordination resources to ensure that the project plan can be implemented stably
- Responsible for overseas project follow-up, delivery and implementation, and continuously improve customer satisfaction.
