We are seeking an International Sales Specialist to support and develop our overseas business in sauces, seasonings, and condiments. You will manage customer relationships, coordinate commercial activities, analyze sales performance, and work with cross-functional teams to support international business growth.
Collect and analyze sales, customer, and market data.
Prepare sales reports, KPI reports, forecasts, and dashboards for management.
Analyze sales performance, profit, pricing, and market trends.
Prepare quotations, cost calculations, and sales documents.
Update and maintain data in ERP, BOM, CRM, and quotation systems.
Coordinate with R&D, Production, QA/QC, Purchasing, Logistics, and Sales on customer projects.
Work with overseas customers on quotations, product specifications, packaging, labels, and samples.
Follow up on sample preparation, sample delivery, and order status.
Suggest process improvements to improve business efficiency.
Support business planning, demand forecasting, and commercial analysis.
Travel overseas to meet customers and suppliers and attend trade fairs, exhibitions, and business meetings when required.
Represent the company in international business activities.
