Tổng quan

Sales Performance Management:
Deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Achieve volume, value, distribution, and merchandising KPIs.
Monitor sales-out performance and inventory levels.
Ensure timely order placement and replenishment.
Customer Management:
Serve as the key contact for assigned store chains or customer groups.
Build and maintain relationships with buyers, store managers, and category managers.
Follow up on customer issues, claims, and commercial agreements.
Support business review meetings with customers.
Promotion & In-store Execution:
Execute promotional programs according to annual customer plans.
Ensure product availability during promotions.
Improve shelf visibility, display quality, and share of shelf.
Monitor compliance of promotional agreements and display contracts.
Category & Assortment Management:
Ensure correct SKU listing and assortment by store format.
Track new product launches and distribution expansion.
Monitor delisted items and recommend corrective actions.
Support category growth initiatives with retailers.
Forecasting & Reporting:
Prepare sales forecasts by customer.
Analyze stock levels and potential Out-of-Stock (OOS) risks.
Submit weekly and monthly sales reports.
Monitor competitor activities and market intelligence.
