Under the “BETTER SYSTEMS, BETTER WORLD” vision, RAKSUL aims to bring technology to traditional industries and transform the industry structure itself.
In Japan, RAKSUL already has more than JPY 50 billion in gross merchandise value (GMV) and a strong customer base, and is also looking to expand business opportunities in the payments domain. The MVP for RAKSUL Bank as a challenger bank was completed by the end of 2025, and we aim to deliver a top-tier service offering that will support corporate services in Japan going forward.
Main technologies

Technology initiatives: Lead initiatives to modularize and build reusable components for frontend systems across RAKSUL Bank businesses
Architecture and development: Design and implement frontend architecture to ensure timely delivery, high performance, strong security, and responsible UX.
Stability and maintenance: Maintain service reliability through monitoring, incident response, and continuous improvement.
SDLC and AI-DLC: Set up a framework for the team by adopting and applying the right tools and workflows.
Cross-functional collaboration: Partner with Tech Leads, PMs, and designers to translate business requirements into intuitive user experiences.
Technical leadership: Establish frontend engineering standards, lead code reviews, and mentor and hire as the team grows.

Required Skills & Experience:
6+ years of experience across the full software development lifecycle (SDLC), including coding standards, code reviews, build processes, testing, and deployment.
In-depth knowledge of SSR, CSR, and streaming rendering with React.js or Vue.js.
Expertise in state management using Zustand, Pinia, Redux, Vuex, or similar.
Strong understanding of performance optimization, accessibility, and security best practices.
Experience with micro frontend architecture, including managing shared libraries with Nx, Turborepo, Lerna, etc.
Experience applying AI agents across requirements definition, reviews, and testing.
Additional Skills:
Proficiency in English (speaking, reading, writing) for collaboration with international teams.
Strong documentation skills using tools like Notion, GitHub, etc.
Comfortable with pair programming and/or mob programming.
Strong preference for teamwork and collaborative problem-solving.
Experience in developing native mobile applications with Flutter.
Experience developing fintech services with high security standards (e.g., FISC compliance).
Familiarity with NoSQL and RDBMS.
Experience leading projects to rebuild or modernize systems.
