Tổng quan
- Position: Manager – Finance & Accounting
- Reports To: Director – Location/ Regional Finance
- Location: Hiep Binh Ward, Ho Chi Minh
- Responsible for the full spectrum of accounting and taxation functions.
- Lead month-end closing and ensure timely preparation of financial and management reports in accordance with applicable accounting standards.
- Work closely with Group Finance at Headquarters to ensure timely and accurate monthly financial reporting
- Manage budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis to support business performance and decision-making.
- Establish and maintain effective accounting policies, procedures and internal controls.
- Oversee cash flow, treasury operations and banking activities.
- Coordinate with external auditors, internal auditors, tax agents and bankers on audit, tax and regulatory matters.
- Lead and develop the Finance & Accounting team to ensure operational excellence and compliance.
- Perform other ad hoc duties and projects as assigned by management from time to time
