- Upload in system, follow up and send Purchase Order/Sales Order to related dept
- Follow up project full cycle
- Update status report for each project
- Ensures accurate and timely delivery of all orders
- Prepare for quotations
- Ensure all orders of goods are made and monitored in timely manner
- Submit related payment and ensure full payment is received, send purchase order invoice to Accounting team
- Support Accounting for related invoice
- Other tasks as assigned
