Tổng quan
- Verify all Invoices and supporting documents for expenses, for supplier
- Ensure absolute compliance with statutory tax regulations, Vietnamese Accounting Standards (VAS) policies on accounting, financial reporting, and other internal control requirements
- Ensure all accounting entries either AP invoices or GL manual should be timely; properly accrued/estimated when GRN or services received or accepted to reflect the accounting matching principle
- Ensure that company’s invoices are precisely administered
- Down payments, Prepayment, Deposits, Advance to Employees/ Supplier follow up.
- Monitoring credit limits and reconciling outstanding balance.
- Reconcile accounts payable transaction
- Tracking expenses and accrual
- Provide reporting on vendors balances/confirmation as well as various on-demand Accounts Payable research needs
- Assist with other duties as assigned to support department as needed.
