- Help Desk Support:
- Provide first-line technical support for hardware, software, network, and end-user computing issues.
- Assist users in diagnosing and resolving technical issues, providing clear guidance and support.
- Record and track support requests, troubleshooting activities, and resolutions in the ticketing system.
- Prepare, configure, and deploy laptops, mobile devices, and other IT equipment for new employees.
- IT Administration:
- Assist in maintaining IT asset inventories, including hardware and software records.
- Collaborate with the Asset Management team to track IT equipment, documentation, and asset lifecycle activities.
Yêu cầu
- Basic Understanding Of Computer Hardware, Network Principles, Windows Operating Systems, Microsoft Office 365, Interpersonal SkillsQuyền lợi:
