Lead and manage the Business Development Department, driving business growth, strengthening market presence, and ensuring effective team performance and achievement of business objectives.
Develop and implement business development and marketing strategies, including targeted campaigns, to expand the client base, strengthen client engagement, and achieve business targets.
Build and strengthen partnerships with PBVN branches and corporate clients to expand client referral channels and identify new business opportunities.
Collaborate with PBVN to develop client referral initiatives and deliver training programs to enhance product knowledge and client referral capabilities among PBVN branch representatives.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and client needs to identify business opportunities, support product development, and recommend improvements to existing products and services.
Coordinate brokerage and customer service activities to enhance service quality, ensure timely responses to client inquiries, and improve client satisfaction and retention.
Develop client segmentation and engagement strategies to deliver tailored services and strengthen long-term client relationships.
Monitor business performance and recommend improvements to enhance operational effectiveness and achieve business objectives.
Ensure business activities comply with applicable laws, regulatory requirements, and the Company's internal policies and ethical standards.
