Tổng quan

Conduct market research, identify opportunities in financial markets, and analyze market trends to support treasury business decisions and liquidity management.
Develop, implement and periodically review treasury strategies and policies in line with the Company's business objectives.
Assess current and projected funding requirements in coordination with business teams, and develop appropriate funding plans to support business growth.
Manage relationships with domestic and international financial institutions to optimize the Company's fixed deposit placements and borrowing arrangements.
Monitor and manage liquidity and interest rate risks, and establish and maintain appropriate risk management policies, procedures and limits.
Work closely with the Finance team to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements relating to prudential ratios and safety limits applicable to securities companies.
Manage treasury investment activities involving financial institution and government bonds, as well as bank borrowing activities.
Prepare and coordinate treasury reports, funding plans and related submissions for internal management and group-level review and approval, as required.
Perform other duties as assigned by management from time to time.
