Tổng quan

  • Directly perform activities related to quotations and tender/bid preparation for the Company’s services.
  • Participate in the negotiation of commercial contracts, monitor ongoing project/service contracts, and handle any arising issues when required.
  • Verify payments and invoices for the services under direct responsibility; prepare reports and conduct project/service close-out reviews upon completion.
  • Implement activities related to customer relationship management, public relations, corporate branding, event organization, and business development.
  • Act as the focal point in coordinating with relevant departments within the Company on external relations, communications, and media activities.
  • Possess the ability to perform quantity take-offs and cost breakdowns for manpower, machinery and equipment, major materials, and consumables.
  • Have a good understanding of fabrication market prices in Vietnam and relevant regulations.
  • Clarify issues related to the scope of work, technical requirements, and project schedule, including reviewing work/activity lists, quantities, design documents, specifications, material samples, equipment, and other relevant documentation.
  • Coordinate with relevant departments to clarify design documents, material specifications/samples, materials, and equipment requirements.
  • Coordinate with relevant departments to obtain information on construction conditions, construction methods, and project schedules.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to propose appropriate solutions, strategies, and directions for market expansion and service development.
  • Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in an engineering discipline. Candidates with an additional degree in Commerce, Economics, International Trade, Business Administration, or Economic Law are preferred.
  • Basic technical knowledge, with the ability to understand scopes of work, technical requirements, quantities, materials, and equipment related to quotations and tender/bid documents.
  • Experience:
  • Gender: Male; physically fit and in good health.
  • Experience: At least 5 years of experience in a similar or higher-level position.
  • Preference will be given to candidates with experience in the Oil & Gas industry, particularly in projects, tender packages, or specialized technical services.
  • Proven ability to execute and manage commercial activities, including tender document analysis, development of commercial strategies, bid pricing and proposal preparation, negotiation, contract management, and contract performance monitoring.
  • Ability to draft and handle documents in both English and Vietnamese, including official correspondence, emails, commercial documents, and procedures.
  • Professional working style with a high level of integrity, responsibility, self-motivation, proactiveness, and the ability to work independently.
  • Ability to work under pressure and willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
  • Language Proficiency:
  • English proficiency: Fluent in all four skills — listening, speaking, reading, and writing — with a minimum English proficiency certificate of TOEIC 750 or IELTS 6.5 or above.
