To ensure accurate and efficient warranty processing according to Porsche Warranty standards
Ensuring that warranty repair documentation fulfills Porsche standards (technical knowledge of Porsche repair processes is required)
Creating and submitting warranty claims to Porsche AG within a given time frame.
Ensuring monitor and meeting all warranty related KPI’s and target’s
Warranty Parts Administration (parts control, storage, disposal and return to Porsche factory)
Workshop and Recall Campaign Management to ensure fast completion of campaigns
Warranty reporting
Pre-owned Warranty management and sales
Participating in overseas and in-house technical and none technical training courses.
Conducting in-house warranty training courses.
Ensuring tidiness and cleanliness of working area
Ensuring adherence of dealership processes and policies
Supporting other operational areas and departments if required.
Other ad hoc assignments and projects
