- Obtain quotations based on procurement requirements, place orders and condition upon arrival, submit invoice for payment, maintain procurement information for future reference
- Initiate process, complete pre-approval preparation and initiate after confirmation with EHS, Maintenance and Fire Safety teams, confirm action items, fulfill action items, conduct installation, and complete PSSR review
- Assign new equipment numbers and update equipment information labels, update equipment list
- Attendance management, maintain the attendance system, ensure normal operation of attendance system
- Be responsible for the monthly statistics of EHSrelated KPIs and support the manager in preparing monthly summaries
- Perform other routine administrative activities as assigned
