This role owns the product foundation that everything else builds on.
Use Plankore to perform detailed material takeoffs from US residential blueprints.
Review and interpret architectural and structural drawings.
Perform foundation and framing takeoffs, including concrete, rebar, footings, slabs, foundation walls, lumber, sheathing, joists, rafters, trusses, beams, headers, posts, hardware, and other required materials.
Provide detailed material specifications including size, dimensions, grade/type, quantity, and unit.
Cross-reference plans, elevations, sections, structural details, and schedules to ensure completeness.
Identify discrepancies, missing information, and assumptions that may affect quantities.
Perform QA/QC before submitting completed takeoffs.
