  • This position is a core, dual-focus financial role responsible for managing full-cycle accounting for two distinct U.S. business divisions: a large and growing portfolio of real estate units (single-family homes, townhomes, etc.) and a U.S.-based beauty brand.
  • The role requires a professional accountant who can seamlessly handle bank reconciliations, Profit and Loss (P&L) management, e-commerce marketplace sales tracking, and property tenant coordination.   • The role is based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, supporting business operations for the U.S. division. 100% of communication (written and verbal) is conducted in English.
  • Professional Accounting, P&L & Beauty Brand E-commerce
  • Utilize international accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks Online, Xero) to manage daily financial operations across multiple business entities.
  • Perform full-cycle accounting, including complex bank and credit card reconciliations, to ensure absolute accuracy of all financial transactions.
  • Track, consolidate, and record daily/weekly sales across all e-commerce marketplaces for the U.S. beauty brand division.
  • Prepare, analyze, and maintain accurate Profit and Loss (P&L) statements, tracking Cost of Goods Sold (COGS), operating expenses, and overall brand profitability.
  • Track, verify, and process all incoming and outgoing invoices, ensuring accurate cost allocation for contractors, vendors, and property maintenance.
  • Prepare and submit comprehensive weekly/monthly financial packets to the U.S. Accounting Department.
  • Property Portfolio & Tenant Management
  • Manage the financial and administrative lifecycle for a large portfolio of multiple property units, strictly tracking monthly rental payments, late fees, and deposits.
  • Coordinate directly with tenants regarding lease agreements, contract renewals, and rent collection.
  • Act as the central point of contact for property maintenance: receive tenant maintenance requests, coordinate with U.S. contractors for repairs, and follow up until completion and invoice settlement.
  • Maintain highly organized digital records of all leasing agreements, contractor contracts, and compliance documents.
  • Client (Property Owner) Reporting & Communication
  • Prepare and distribute detailed, professional monthly owner statements and financial reports to the clients/investors who entrust us with the management of their properties.
  • Answer financial inquiries from property owners regarding income, maintenance deductions, and property performance.
  • Serve as a bridge between internal teams, tenants, contractors, and property owners, ensuring smooth workflow alignment and issue resolution.
