- Lead daily operations and growth across Shopee and TikTok Shop.
- Develop monthly sales plans with clear targets, budgets, campaign schedules, and priorities.
- Manage product listings, pricing, bundles, store layouts, and campaign setup.
- Ensure product detail pages are accurate, persuasive, and aligned with brand positioning.
- Maintain platform compliance, store health, and service quality.
- Develop practical workflows for direct orders through Facebook and Instagram in collaboration with the Marketing Lead.
- Pricing, Promotion & Profitability
- Propose pricing and promotional strategies based on product costs, competitor benchmarks, and business targets.
- Assess campaign profitability, accounting for platform fees, advertising costs, discounts, affiliate commissions, gifts, and shipping support.
- Plan and execute platform campaigns, flash sales, vouchers, bundles, and gift-with-purchase offers.
- Check the combined impact of overlapping promotions before launch to protect margins.
- Identify priority SKUs and hero products, and recommend actions for slow-moving inventory.
- Align online pricing and promotions with the company’s broader brand and sales channel strategy.
- Marketplace Advertising & Sales Growth
- Plan, execute, and optimize marketplace advertising within agreed budgets.
- Monitor advertising efficiency and sales contribution, and recommend budget adjustments based on results.
- Work closely with the Marketing Lead to align advertising, content, product launches, and promotions.
- Coordinate TikTok Shop affiliate activities with the marketing team, including product selection, commission planning, and sales tracking.
- Identify opportunities to improve traffic quality, conversion rates, average order value, and repeat purchases.
- Performance Analysis & Business Insights
- Maintain accurate sales dashboards and prepare timely weekly and monthly reports.
- Track sales, completed orders, traffic, conversion rates, average order value, advertising efficiency, and channel profitability.
- Clearly distinguish between placed orders, completed orders, cancellations, and returns when reporting performance.
- Analyze results against targets and previous periods, explaining the reasons behind changes.
- Turn findings into specific actions on pricing, promotions, advertising, and product selection.
- Share customer feedback and SKU-level insights to support assortment planning and future brand expansion.
- Order, Inventory & Fulfillment Coordination
- Oversee order processing, customer inquiries, returns, and refunds to maintain a reliable customer experience.
- Coordinate with warehouse and delivery partners to ensure accurate and timely fulfillment.
- Monitor stock availability and reconcile inventory across sales channels and warehouse records.
- Forecast replenishment needs based on sales trends and upcoming campaigns.
- Track slow-moving stock and products approaching expiry, and propose appropriate sales plans.
- Resolve operational issues proactively and establish workflows that reduce recurring errors.
- Cross-team Collaboration & Leadership
- Work closely with the Marketing Lead, content marketer, and designer to align campaign messages, visuals, and store execution.
- Provide clear briefs and timelines for product pages, campaign banners, and promotional materials.
- Coordinate with platform representatives and external partners to resolve issues and explore growth opportunities.
- Establish clear operating procedures, reporting routines, and responsibilities.
- Guide and develop junior e-commerce team members as the team expands.
