Tổng quan

Install, configure, and maintain the hardware and software components of the PVN network
Monitor the performance and security of the PVN network, troubleshoot any issues, and implement backup and recovery plans.
Respond to the requests and inquiries of the PVN users, provide technical assistance and guidance, and resolve any problems related to the PVN network and applications.
Document the PVN network configuration, policies, procedures, and best practices, and update them regularly.
Analyze the needs and challenges of the APAC sites on ICT solutions/services, such as web
Monitor the performance and quality of the ICT solutions/services for the APAC sites
Receive and acknowledge the incident reports from the ICT Piaggio Group regarding any IT
Investigate and diagnose the root causes of the incidents, using various tools and methods such as logs analysis, error messages, testing scenarios, etc.
Implement or coordinate the implementation of the appropriate solutions or workarounds to resolve the incidents as quickly as possible, following the incident management process and procedures.
Provide technical advice or consultation to other departments projects on how to select, design.
