Tổng quan

Incoming Quality Control (IQC)
Develop product inspection standards.
Control the quality of goods delivered by suppliers based on the standards.
Communicate with departments to handle non-conforming quality issues.
Monitor supplier quality improvement activities.
Process Quality Control (PQC)
Develop storage standards to ensure quality.
Create plans and implement inspections of the quality condition of stored goods.
Analyze the causes of products not meeting quality requirements and propose corrective actions.
Outgoing Quality Control (OQC)
Control the quality of goods before shipment (based on the characteristics of the goods to be inspected).
Reporting & Continuous Improvement
Report daily inspection progress, OK/NG status, and handling actions.
Propose improvement solutions to ensure product quality during movement and storage in the warehouse.
Report and evaluate supplier performance; cooperate with relevant departments to require suppliers to provide the best solutions to ensure quality.
Cooperate with the factory QC department to monitor components requiring improvement.
Manage tasks related to product registration and inspection certification.
