Assist in sourcing and selecting suppliers for parts, materials, and services.
Prepare and process purchase orders in accordance with company policies.
Monitor delivery schedules and follow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery.
Maintain accurate purchasing records and documentation.
Support cost analysis and negotiation with suppliers to achieve cost-saving targets.
Collaborate with internal departments (Production, Quality, Logistics) to meet operational needs.
Ensure compliance with Piaggio’s procurement standards and ethical practices.
