Discuss and push to maximize sell-in and sell-out to achieve the target provided.
Checking POS to ensure they are in good condition following the company’s CI.
Coordinates sales efforts with marketing, sales management, accounting, logistics, and technical service groups.
Implement sales programs.
Making reports: POS evaluation, color-mix order, trip report…
Trade activity including planning, supporting dealers in execution, checking and making reports.
Consolidate and improve the quality of agent operations
Coaching Sales DLR sales staff, setting KPI.
