Assist in building learning strategies & alignment: Align learning initiatives with talent strategy & workforce planning.
Promote a continuous learning & sharing environment, positioning learning as a key driver of employee engagement & business competitiveness.
Conduct Training Needs Analysis, evaluate training effectiveness, and measure impact and ROI: Assess the effectiveness of training programs, make data-driven adjustments, track learning outcomes, and measure behavioral and performance changes.
Organize and facilitate basic training sessions & workshops.
Develop training systems, including LMS and e-learning platforms.
Develop & manage the internal trainer pool.
Execute & support the process of Succession Planning, Promotion and Talent & Key Resources development.
Execute employee recognition programs: Long Service Awards, Employee of the Year, …
Collect employee feedback through surveys and other engagement tools. Contribute ideas to enhance employee engagement and experience.
Collaborate with internal & cross-functional teams to conduct corporate events & internal communication activities to strengthen the organization’s understanding, teamwork and organization’s goals.
Initiate, implement and administer other projects & assignments, reporting as directed by the Supervisor.
