Tổng quan

Perform structural analysis and design for steel building projects.
Prepare structural calculations, design reports, and engineering documentation.
Review project specifications, architectural drawings, and loading requirements.
Develop safe, economical, and optimized structural solutions that meet customer requirements.
Coordinate with Drafting, Detailing, Project Management, and Sales teams throughout project execution.
Review and verify engineering outputs, including drawings and design calculations.
Provide technical support during fabrication, erection, and project implementation stages.
Ensure all designs comply with applicable codes, standards, and company procedures.
Participate in value engineering and continuous improvement initiatives.
Support project teams in resolving technical issues and customer inquiries.
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related discipline.
Minimum 2–5 years of experience in structural design, preferably in steel structures or pre-engineered buildings.
Knowledge of structural analysis and steel design principles.
Proficiency in structural design software such as STAAD.Pro, SAP2000, ETABS, or similar tools.
Ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and technical standards.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and teamwork abilities.
English proficiency sufficient for technical communication and documentation.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn.
