- Accounting Operations & Compliance
- Oversee the full accounting operations across the company's business entities (Retail, E-Commerce, Warehouse, The Loop, etc.).
- Ensure accurate and timely month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing.
- Review and approve accounting entries, reconciliations, and financial records.
- Ensure compliance with Vietnamese Accounting Standards (VAS), tax regulations, and statutory reporting requirements.
- Lead tax declarations, tax planning, tax audits, and work directly with tax authorities, auditors, and banks.
- Internal Control & Process Improvement
- Review, strengthen, and continuously improve accounting policies, SOPs, and internal control procedures.
- Standardize accounting workflows across different business functions and entities.
- Identify operational and financial risks and implement appropriate control measures.
- Drive continuous improvements to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.
- Team Leadership & Department Management
- Lead, coach, and develop the Accounting team.
- Assign responsibilities, monitor workload, and ensure timely completion of all accounting activities.
- Review work quality and support the professional development of team members.
- Build a disciplined, accountable, and high-performing accounting function.
- Business Partnership & Management Reporting
- Prepare monthly management reports and provide financial insights to support business decisions.
- Partner with the CEO and department heads to improve business performance and operational efficiency.
- Support cross-functional initiatives involving HR, Sales, Logistics, Operations, Procurement, and Warehouse.
- Provide financial analysis and practical recommendations to support business growth.
- Systems & Data Management
- Improve accounting systems, ERP utilization, and reporting processes.
- Ensure the integrity and accuracy of accounting master data.
- Drive system enhancements, automation initiatives, and digitalization projects within the Accounting function.
- Support the implementation of new accounting processes and business requirements.
