- Contracts/ Documents/ Procedures:
- Draft, review, and provide legal advice to all kind of Contracts/Documents during the Company’s operations
- Draft and support to release Regulations/Procedures.
- Licensing:
- Manage, carry out legal procedures on granting, amending licences, certificates of the Company, including but not limited to ERC, IRC of the Company and its Branches
- Legal advisory reports
- Conduct legal research and draft legal advisory reports as assigned in relation to the Company’s operations.
- Litigation
- Draft, prepare, and submit litigation documents and related case files.
- Seal Management
- Manage and maintain the Company’s seals in accordance with internal regulations.
- Control the use and affixing of seals on the Company’s documents and records.
- Perform other duties within the scope of the Legal Part
