Media Strategy & Planning (30%)
Develop and own media approach & detail plan across media channels including TV/Digital/OOH, aligned to brand objectives and campaign KPIs
Lead the full campaign lifecycle – from media brief development through execution, optimization, and post-campaign review
Define measurable objectives, set KPIs, and recommend appropriate measurement methodology for each campaign
Continuously monitor market and platform trends to identify opportunities and keep strategies current
Agency & Stakeholder Management (30%)
Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for internal functional team & media agency partners, ensuring alignment on strategy, timelines, and deliverables
Review and evaluate agency proposals/detail plan, providing structured feedback to ensure output meets brief requirements
Identify and resolve operational issues with agencies promptly, escalating to leadership when needed
Campaign Execution & Optimization (40%)
Oversee the implementation of paid media campaigns across digital platforms, ensuring quality and effectiveness
Monitor campaign performance regularly, driving optimization based on data and platform insights
Guide and supervise the Media Executive in day-to-day execution and reporting tasks
Data, Analytics & Competitive Intelligence
Leverage digital analytics tools to track campaign performance and derive actionable insights
Translate data and intelligence into clear, compelling presentations for internal and external audiences
