- Brief intake and insight (25%)
- Join client briefings with BD; clarify objectives, budget, KPIs and timeline.
- Analyze brand, category and competitor performance on TikTok Shop, Shopee and Lazada to find growth gaps.
- Solution design and proposals (35%)
- Build proposals for the assigned cluster and contribute the cluster module to full-funnel proposals.
- Translate the plan into deliverables, timeline, resources and expected results (GMV, views, ROAS or equivalent).
- Prepare pitch decks and present the solution part with the BD Executive or Senior BD Manager.
- Pricing and deal P&L (15%)
- Build cost-to-serve and pricing with service teams and Finance, using the current rate card.
- Flag deals below the GP margin floor before submission.
- Handover and post-sale support (15%)
- Hand signed scope to the delivery team with clear SOW, SLA and KPIs.
- Prepare performance recaps and upsell recommendations for quarterly business reviews.
- Solution assets (10%)
- Maintain rate cards, package templates and case studies for the cluster.
- Track market and platform updates and turn them into new offerings.
