Tổng quan
- Lead and coach the AR Brand team; allocate Brands and workload
- Run the monthly close timeline: Internal REC to COM/Service and Unbilled booking on schedule.
- Keep Brand trade terms master data accurate and up to date
- Send each external REC by its contract deadline, track Brand confirmation, and escalate delays with COM/Service
- Prepare acceptance minutes and issue e-invoices after confirmation, in line with Vietnam e-invoice rules
- Follow up on payments and offsetting; manage overdue debt, Unbilled write-back and provisioning
- Check and reconcile all remittances from Brand partners with bank accounts on time
- Record journal entries in the accounting software
- Reconcile AR Brand accounts for P&L and balance sheet (BS) reviews.
- Review the P&L of assigned Group Brands and lead the P&L review meeting with Commercial Directors (CDs).
- Ensure the team follows the SOP and its approval matrix
- Drive REC automation, and report Unbilled aging, Unbilled DSO and REC cycle time by Brand
- Other duties assigned by the line Manager or Head.
