- Participate in the implementation, or rollout, and operational support of SAP ERP projects.
- Work with business departments to gather, analyze, and advise on SAP solutions suitable for the company's operational and management model.
- Coordinate with implementation partners (SI/Vendor) during the implementation, upgrade, and optimization of the SAP ERP system.
- Participate in reviewing solution design, business processes, integration flow, and ensuring the solution meets actual operational requirements.

- Support SAP system operation after Go-live, analyze and resolve issues arising during use.
- Receive, evaluate, and manage system improvement requests (CR/Enhancement).
- Advise on optimizing business processes, improving operational efficiency, and enhancing user experience on the ERP system.
- Collaborate with relevant teams to ensure integration between SAP and satellite systems.
- Participate in developing business documentation, operational documentation, and user guides.
- Monitor, evaluate, and propose improvements related to governance, master data, and ERP system operation.
