Tổng quan

  • Monthly Financial Analysis & Variance Reporting
  • Assist in preparing monthly FP&A reporting packs, comparing actual performance against budget, forecast, and prior year results.
  • Investigate and explain key variance drivers across revenue, cost of goods sold (COGS), and operating expenses.
  • Reconcile financial figures between core accounting systems (ERP) and internal FP&A reporting templates.
  • Budgeting & Forecasting Support
  • Assist in the consolidation of departmental budget templates during annual planning and quarterly re-forecasting cycles.
  • Liaise with operational leads to collect inputs, assumptions, and supporting documentation for budget models.
  • Maintain and update financial models in Excel/FP&A tools under the guidance of senior team members.
  • Overhead (OH) & Cost Center Analysis
  • Track, analyze, and report on overhead expenses across company departments and cost centers.
  • Perform monthly overhead variance analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities or overspend risks.
  • Help departmental managers understand their actual spend against allocated budgets.
  • Debtors & Working Capital Analysis
  • Perform regular Accounts Receivable (A/R) / Debtors analysis, including aging schedules, Days Sales Outstanding (DSO), and overdue tracking.
  • Partner with the collections/billing team to highlight bad debt risk and uncollected balances.
  • Prepare monthly cash collection trends and receivables metrics for management review.
  • Management Presentations & Data Visualization
  • Draft visual slide decks (PowerPoint/Google Slides) summarizing monthly financial highlights, KPIs, and operational trends for management meetings.
  • Help build and maintain financial dashboards in Excel or BI platforms (e.g., Power BI / Tableau).
