1/ Client Management & Business Development:
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with both international and local key clients
serving as the primary point of contact for all sales-related inquiries and needs.
Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client requirements, challenges, and
objectives, and tailor solutions accordingly.
Present product/service offerings to clients in a compelling manner, highlighting key features

Monitor client satisfaction levels, proactively addressing any issues or concerns, and
ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
2/ Sales Strategy Development:
Support Sales Manager in developing and implementing strategic sales plans to achieve
revenue targets and expand market share within assigned territories.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments
providing insights and recommendations to enhance sales strategies based on market
research and analysis.
3/ Project Management:
Negotiate terms and pricing agreements with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes
and manage contract negotiations and renewals.
Understand project timelines and planning. Ensure proper project coordination and timely
delivery of solutions.
Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts, tracking performance metrics, pipeline activities
and client feedback to inform decision-making and strategy refinement.
4/ Cross-functional Collaboration:
Collaborate with internal teams, including Marketing, Design, Merchandise to ensure seamless
delivery of products/services and address client needs effectively.
