- Work in every production area and learn setting, troubleshooting and changeover on our machines.
- Learn the quality requirements of our articles and how production, quality control and planning work together.
- Spend six months at the OBE Group plant in Shenzhen and bring that knowledge back to the team in Tam Ky.
- Interpret between Vietnamese, Chinese and English on the shop floor.
- Then take over as Production Management Assistant: data and failure analysis, root cause, cycle-time and machine improvements, project transfers, mold management, CAD support.
