Responsible for enhancing the company’s brand recognition and delivering information that positively impacts business activities such as sales, recruitment, and investment. Also responsible for facilitating smooth internal communication and contributing to employee engagement.
Help the company clearly define who we are, what we aim for, and how we communicate it—both internally and externally.
Conduct external PR activities through channels such as the company website, SNS, and press releases.
Handle media relations (arranging interviews, supporting article publication, etc.).
Manage external PR activities through award applications and recognitions.
Disseminate internal information using internal newsletters and intranet.
Design and deliver messages in collaboration with management and various departments.
Create, update, and manage communication tools and materials for company introduction and promotion (e.g., corporate presentations, brochures, fact sheets).
Deliver Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives
Handle media communication during crises
Specific tasks assigned upon joining:
Drive initiatives such as workshops to embed and update the company’s MVVC (Mission, Vision, Values, and Culture).
Collect information from each internal department and communicate it externally.
Oversee and coordinate all social media channels, managing the content and timing of releases.
Develop and execute internal communication strategies, including the use of the intranet, offsite MTG.
