Tổng quan
- Responsible for product quality assurance, manufacturing process control and supplier qualification.
- Drive for continuous quality improvement and zero defects target on factory system and product.
- Create and follow up quality control plan, RT/ ORT test plan on product.
- Appraise supplier quality system include IQC/FPY/OQC quality performance, taking appropriate action to improve.
- Perform periodic Quality System Audit and Quality Process Audit on supplier.
- Handle customer complaint, prepare CAR, and preventive actions with suppliers.
- Be part of the NPI team, NPD production process audit, creates bug list and make sure all failure items are closed before product release for mass production.
