Assist in taking off quantities from tender drawings and cross-checking data
Help calculate the Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and prepare cost estimations under guidance
Support the Line Manager in preparing quotations and estimating design fees
Collect and formulate Database Library of Cost, Project and Material
Assisting in dealing with project owners and subcontractors regarding payment issues
Prepare, compile and submit progress claim in timely manner incl. updating payment records
Assist in checking & preparing progress payment certificates for sub-contractors
Other duties as assigned from time to time
