  • Design end-to-end user experiences and user interfaces for digital banking, cards and payment products across web and mobile channels.
  • Conduct user research, analyze customer behaviors and pain points, and translate insights into actionable design solutions.
  • Develop user journeys, information architecture, user flows, wireframes, mockups and interactive prototypes.
  • Create visually consistent, intuitive and accessible interfaces that enhance usability and customer engagement.
  • Design and maintain UI components, design patterns and design systems to ensure consistency across digital products.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners, Business/Data Analysts, Journey Design Specialists, CX Leads and development teams to understand business requirements and deliver user-centric design solutions.
  • Validate design concepts through usability testing, user feedback and design reviews; iterate designs based on findings.
  • Ensure design deliverables meet usability, accessibility, responsiveness and brand consistency standards.
  • Prepare design specifications, interaction guidelines and handoff materials to support accurate implementation by development teams.
  • Review implemented interfaces and provide design feedback to ensure alignment with approved designs and intended user experiences.
  • Continuously identify opportunities to improve customer journeys, simplify interactions and enhance the overall digital banking experience.
