Tổng quan

Partner with the Product Owners to prioritize customer segments, identify value pools and quantify business opportunities across journeys
Analyze customer, transaction, engagement, operational and risk data to diagnose pain points, identify root causes and support product and journey prioritization
Lead current-state assessment and future-state journey design, translating business objectives into process flows, capability requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria
Define KPI trees and measurement frameworks for squad outcomes, including metric definitions, baselines, targets and reporting mechanisms
Collaborate with Risk, Compliance, Operations, Technology and Data teams to validate business rules, controls, dependencies and operational impacts
Support backlog refinement, sprint planning, UAT, release readiness and post-launch performance tracking
Develop reports and management insights that help Product Owners make data-driven prioritization decisions
Measure initiative impact against business cases and recommend optimization opportunities based on data and customer insights
