  • Business Development & Account Management
  • Develop new business across manufacturing, automotive, electronics, industrial facilities, warehousing, and logistics in Vietnam.
  • Acquire new customers and manage existing accounts; strengthen customer satisfaction, retention, and repeat business.
  • Engage factory leaders, operations, engineering, procurement, and investment stakeholders to understand business priorities.
  • Build partner channels with system integrators, OEMs, equipment suppliers, and industrial trading companies.
  • Technical Sales & Solution Development
  • Discover production bottlenecks and material-flow challenges; qualify customer requirements, business value, and project feasibility.
  • Position NR’s AMR, multi-vendor fleet management, AI Vision, and autonomous material handling solutions appropriately.
  • Coordinate factory surveys, demonstrations, simulations, technical assessments, and PoCs with NR engineering teams.
  • Prepare business presentations, proposals, and RFQ responses; clearly communicate expected customer benefits and project scope.
  • Commercial Execution & Reporting
  • Manage opportunities from prospecting and qualification through quotation, negotiation, and contract closure.
  • Coordinate technical costing, pricing, and target gross margins for internal review and approval; never make unapproved commitments.
  • Support contract documentation, project handover, payment milestone tracking, and receivables follow-up with Finance.
  • Maintain CRM/account plans, pipeline forecasts, weekly sales reporting, and market and competitor intelligence.
