Engage with vendors and mills to expedite the process and comments for correct color execution
Evaluate lab dip, strike-off, yarn skein, and bulk color submissions visually
Engage with merchandising teams, vendors, and mills for urgent requests
Release color comments to vendors and mills
Discuss and formulate solutions with mills, dyeing houses, printers, or vendors in case of any development or production issues
Preview and comment on all production shade bands and confirm in line with the approved shade lot swatches from the customer
Communicate with the customer for technical solutions in color approval
Manage and purchase Pantone standards with customer season color palettes
Regular review with key vendors and mills on their technical limitations
