- To drive AI transformation in the factory by identifying automation opportunities, and developing and implementing Intelligent Automation solutions that combine AI, RPA, data analytics, workflow automation, and other digital technologies across back-office function and manufacturing. - The position is based at the Nefab Vietnam factory in Bac Ninh province and reports to the Operations Director.
- Identify, evaluate, and prioritize intelligent automation opportunities across back office and manufacturing, with a focus on eliminating waste and manual work.
- Gather requirements from process owners and translate them into scalable automation solutions.
- Design and deploy automation and digital solution using AI, RPA, workflow, … to improve productivity, quality, and efficiency.
- Integrate these automation solutions with enterprise applications, databases, and production equipment.
- Develop dashboards, reports, and analytics tools to support data-driven decision-making. (e.g., costing models, performance management…)
- Lead end-to-end Intelligent automation projects, starting with Production and expanding to HR, Finance, Sales, and other functions. From ideation to implementation, and track the benefits delivered (time, cost, and quality).
- Monitor, optimize, and maintain deployed solutions to ensure sustainable results.
- Document solutions and ensure data security and compliance with company IT policies.
- Train and support users using automation and digital tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to deliver and scale digital initiatives.
- Continuously improve solutions to adapt to changes within the business and the environment. Proactively and consistently seek out opportunities for improvement and implement them.
