Tổng quan

  • Develop and expand B2B sales of seafood-related food products and related food applications.
  • Manage approximately 25 customer accounts, focusing on maintaining existing business while identifying new project opportunities.
  • Maintain and develop existing accounts, with approximately 80–90% of the portfolio comprising existing customers and 10–20% focused on new customer development.
  • Regularly follow up with existing customers through Zalo, phone calls, and in-person visits to monitor current product performance, collect purchase orders, and identify upselling opportunities.
  • Introduce new products and propose improvements to existing products to meet customer requirements and support business growth.
  • Proactively gather information on customers' upcoming projects, product development plans, and changing business needs.
  • Build and maintain relationships with food manufacturers, seafood processors, food ingredient distributors, restaurant chains, and foodservice customers.
  • Leverage existing industry networks to identify new opportunities and establish relationships with potential customers.
  • Coordinate product trials, customer evaluations, pricing discussions, and commercial negotiations to move projects toward approval and commercialization.
  • Work closely with internal teams to coordinate samples, product specifications, customer feedback, and order fulfillment.
  • Monitor customer demand, competitor activities, and market trends to identify opportunities for product expansion and account growth.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, account plans, and business development reports.
