- Business Strategy & P&L Management
- Lead the overall business operations and full P&L performance, driving revenue growth, profitability, and operational efficiency.
- Develop and execute annual business strategies, financial plans, and performance targets.
- Ensure legal entity governance and compliance with Vietnamese labor laws, tax regulations, commercial requirements, and corporate policies.
- Establish operational procedures, governance frameworks, and local marketing and business development strategies.
- Strategic Business Development & Growth
- Drive new business development and market expansion across key industrial sectors, including Electronics, Semiconductors, Footwear & Apparel, FMCG, Energy, and Advanced Manufacturing.
- Develop strategic partnerships with multinational companies and global supply chains to deliver EHSS solutions, including sustainability audits, process safety, chemical compliance, and carbon mitigation.
- Build and strengthen key client relationships, identify growth opportunities, and lead high-value proposals, commercial negotiations, and contract closures.
- Leadership & Organization Development
- Build, lead, and develop a high-performing local team of environmental engineers, safety specialists, industrial hygiene experts, and sustainability consultants.
- Establish organizational structures, talent development plans, technical training, and performance management systems.
- Foster a culture of technical excellence, integrity, continuous improvement, and customer focus.
- Stakeholder & Board Management
- Act as the key representative of the Vietnam business, providing regular business performance updates and strategic recommendations to regional/global leadership and the Board.
- Manage relationships with key clients, business partners, regulatory authorities, and other relevant stakeholders.
- Align local business strategies and operations with regional/global corporate objectives.
